2. Data we collect and purpose
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide through the website contact form:
- Full name — to identify you and personalise communication.
- Email address and phone number — to respond to your quote or information request.
- Area or town — to assess the feasibility of a technical visit.
- Project type and description — to prepare a proposal suited to your needs.
We do not collect sensitive data or data from persons under 14 years of age. We do not carry out automated profiling or make automated decisions that affect you.
3. Legal basis for processing
The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request in order to prepare a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, maintain the commercial relationship. If no contract is concluded, data will be deleted within a maximum of 2 years from the last contact. Where a contractual relationship exists, data will be retained for the legally required period.
5. Recipients
Your data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only shared with the following data processors required to provide the service:
- Formspree Inc. (contact form processor) — based in the USA, subject to standard contractual clauses that guarantee an adequate level of protection in accordance with the GDPR.
6. International transfers
Submitting the form involves a transfer of data to Formspree Inc. (USA). This transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You can review the safeguards applied in Formspree's privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy.
- Rectification — request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data when, among other reasons, it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Restriction — request restriction of processing in certain circumstances.
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
